Structural Engineer | Project Manager | Industrial Innovator
With over 15 years of experience in structural engineering, Robert Wolofsky brings deep expertise in heavy industrial projects, with a particular focus on steel mill building design. A graduate of McGill University with both B.Eng and M.Eng degrees, Robert currently works at CIMA+ in the Energy & Resources sector, where he's played a key role in over 300 structural projects across industries including pulp & paper, oil & gas, mining & metals, and manufacturing.
Robert holds a master’s degree focused on chloride attack in concrete bridge decks and is a member of five professional orders. His diverse career includes leading the structural engineering for the startup of a pulp and paper plant, contributing to numerous large-scale infrastructure projects, and serving as a judge for the Troitsky Bridge Building Competition.
A passionate problem-solver with a deep understanding of FEA, fatigue, and dynamics, Robert is also a proud full-time Lego enthusiast—always building, whether it’s structures, teams, or tiny brick masterpieces.
