Flex Your Power: Strength, Confidence & Body-Positive Fitness with Becky Lalonde
Jennifer “Becky” Lalonde is a certified personal trainer and wellness coach dedicated to empowering women to move with confidence through fitness and body positivity. With a BSc in Nutrition and a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion and 4 years of experience, she brings extensive knowledge and expertise to her clients. As a Certified Personal Training Specialist and Weight Loss Coach through Canfitpro, as well as a Resistance Trainer through the Nova Scotia Fitness Association, Becky designs personalized workout programs tailored to each woman's unique goals and needs. Becky's own struggles with body image and health motivated her to create a body-positive space for women.
In January 2024, Becky founded "Flex with Bex Fitness," an in-home and online personal training business aimed at helping women "find and flex their Inner Wonder Woman." With her holistic, weight-neutral approach to health and wellness, Becky is committed to helping women develop sustainable healthy habits and build self-confidence through strength training. Additionally, she works as a Personal Trainer at the Sackville Sports Stadium Fitness Center where she continues to inspire and support women in their fitness journeys.
