Growing MSPs and Creating Client-Focused IT Solutions with Jonathan Laniel
Jonathan has been working with PXL Systems since April of 2022. He has 15 years experience in IT, working various positions in Managed Service Providers. He started his career in IT drinking from a fire hose working with a medium sized growing MSP, where he became in expert in architecting, configuring and supporting IT environments for SMEs. He has had the opportunity to grow with two companies that went from 20 employees all the way up to 300 employees. This experience has given Jonathan the insight of what can go right and what can go wrong when scaling an MSP. He is dedicated to the growth of PXL Systems while also ensuring that PXL does not loose its client focused approach while it grows.
Jonathan is also a proud father of two little children, that he raises with his loving wife. He enjoys a wide range of hobbies which include Golf, Curling, Video games, and Model Railroading. Jonathan has education in both tech and business and had the joy of playing for and captaining his college golf team. He is looking forward to becoming a friendly face for IT help in the HRM.
