She is the President of Cornish's Variety (cornishvariety.ca), a retail company located in Trenton, Nova Scotia.
Ola is on a mission to prove that by showing kindness to yourself and your loved ones, you live the life you love. That’s why she created tools that can help root people in their highest potential based on the three principles of Fairness, Compassion, and Commitment.
Ola's background in marketing synergized with her expertise in finance and hands-on experience running a small-sized retail company positions her to uniquely help small-sized retail business owners remove the issue of time crunch, freeing up their time with the use of automated processes.
Ola writes and speaks about retail management and personal development for entrepreneurs. She is the host of the podcast, 'HolaWithOlawilliams', a personal development podcast for entry-level solopreneurs (olawilliams.ca).
