About Kathy:
Kathy is a passionate mom of three amazing children. She was a stay at home mom from September 2006 until January 2017 during which time she helped run two businesses, obtained a business degree from Saint Mary's University and worked toward her AACI designation. In January 2017, she was offered an opportunity from Alderney Real Estate Appraisals which was graciously accepted. She is currently still working with Alderney Appraisals and holds an AACI designation, which means that she is qualified to complete both commercial and residential real estate appraisals.
